How do I view documents on the site?

Click on the links on the left hand side
of the screen to see folders and documents populate in a document
explorer in the middle of the screen. To open a folder and view its
documents, click on the folder. Note that clicking on a folder that
is already open will close the folder.To scroll up/down within the
document explorer, mouse over the respective arrow icons located at
the top of the document explorer. |

Will my User ID and password remain
the same when the new site is launched? |

Yes, your User ID and Password from
the previous site will be valid on the new site. |

How do I log on to the site if I
have forgotten my password? |
| |
The first time you log on you will be
prompted to enter a Hint Phrase and Answer. After you enter that information,
the system will store it for future reference. If you forget your
password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link under the logon
box, and you will be shown your Hint Phrase.Enter the answer to your
Hint Phrase and your password will be emailed to you immediately.
If you have any problems, please call the SMS/800 Help Desk, at (888)
SMS-3300, Option 1, and they will send you a new password. |
