| The SMS/800 website (www.sms800.com), Resp Org and SCP sites, will be taking a downtime on Saturday, December 19, 2009 from 12:00 AM CT until 7:00 AM CT and again on Sunday, December 20 from 12:00 AM CT until 7:00 AM CT. During this downtime you will be able to submit forms; however they will not be processed until SMS/800 Help Desk staff gains access to the SMS/800 Website starting at 5:00 AM CT.

| SMS/800 will accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can make payments of up to $25,000 and you will not be charged a transaction fee.
