| TRS MAKES TRACKING OPEN TICKETS EASIER - The SMS/800 Website features an online Trouble Reporting System (TRS) for Resp Orgs and Service Control Point (SCP) operators, which make tracking SMS/800 system issues much easier. Users are able to track tickets they opened, tickets that were opened by other users within their Resp Org, and tickets that impact all Resp Orgs.

| New Tariff Rates Now In Effect - The SMS/800 Management Team's proposed tariff update, which reflects a
decrease in all of the tariff rate levels, was approved and is now in effect. Resp Orgs will notice the lower rates in their bills starting with the invoice period of June 15 through July 14, 2004.
